Today's dinner was braised pork chops in an orange-apricot sauce.
I ate it with some quinoa (blech talk about bland).
I will post the recipe later.
pork chops
3.5 oz. dried apricots
1 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 TBSP. soy sauce
